Enjoy fantastic views of the night sky from beautiful Providence Canyon! Join Dr. Rosa Williams and the Astronomy Crew for a brief presentation, followed by viewing through CCSSC’s telescopes. You’ll view the rising planets Jupiter and Saturn, and “dark-sky objects” like globular star clusters M2 and M15, the Heart and Soul Nebulas, and even fainter objects such as the Andromeda, Pinwheel, and Sculptor galaxies.

Seating will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own lawn chairs for more comfort. Main entrance is off Rte. 39C. Meet us at the field between playground and restrooms.
